I was born in southern Chile and am currently based in California. I have over 14 years of experience working and writing in the advertising industry across different agencies and countries—from McCann Santiago in Chile to Circus Grey in Lima, Johannes Leonardo in New York, and now at Conill Saatchi & Saatchi in Los Angeles. Along the way, I’ve created and crafted work for major brands such as Coca Cola, Toyota, Volkswagen, MassMutual, MasterCard, Old Spice, InBev, Burger King, KFC, Greenpeace, among others.
I helped Circus Grey become one of the top three most recognized Grey agencies in 2018. Later, I collaborated with Johannes Leonardo, contributing to several new business wins, including the iconic Volkswagen and WeWork accounts. Back in Chile, I led McCann Santiago to win a Cannes Lion after 10 years, as well as the first Grand Effie and two Gold Effies. At Conill Saatchi & Saatchi, I currently lead the Toyota team and played a key role in bringing Burger King into the fold.
My work has been recognized in almost every major award show, including 17 Cannes Lions, (5 golds and one Grand Prix for Good finalist), Clio, LIA, One Show, Effie. Additionally, it has been featured in leading news media such as New York Times, HuffPost, CNN, Publimetro, AdWeek, AdAge, Campaign, Shots, and Lürzer's Archive.
I believe culture is essential to business. So I chase ideas that cut deep into it, creating genuine connections where brands no longer need to beg for attention. That’s how relevance turns into buzz, and buzz into conversion.
Currently, I am a Creative Director at Conill Saatchi & Saatchi in Los Angeles. Alongside my wife Pia and our pup Hueso, we are posted up in Venice, CA.
